ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user is importing invoices from other modules like Projects/Order Management, he finds that tax amount is not appearing in 'Balance Due' section of AR Invoice workbench although tax amount is appearing in India Tax Details form and in AR Distributions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Tax amount should appear in 'Balance Due' section of AR Invoice workbench

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps for importing from Projects Module:

1. Generate Draft Invoice and apply GST Tax on Draft Invoice
2. Approve and Release Draft Invoice
3. Run "PRC: Interface Invoices to Receivables"
4. Run "Auto Invoice Master" Program
5. Query Invoice On AR Transaction Screen
6. Tax Showing in India Tax Details Screen but not showing on AR Transaction screen in Tax field.
