Goal

Is it possible to eliminate the Create Batch Link from Shortcuts vertical left hand side Menu in the AGIS Home Page?

When creating an Intercompany Read Only Responsibility using steps from <Note 1057972.1>, User is still able to create an AGIS Transaction when navigating to:
AGIS Home > "Shortcuts" section in the left hand side menu> Click on link Create Batch
