Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version,
When attempting to run update standard costs program, the following error occurs.
ERROR

CMCICU-0001 : Initializing control structure
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1722 in main()
Cause: main() failed due to ORA-01722: invalid number
.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: select FCR.request_id ,FCR.argument1 ,FCR.argument2 from fnd_concurre and was executed from the file 21214899/bom/lib/cmcicu.opc.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cost Management Responsibility
2. Submit CMCICU: Update Standard Costs
3. Verify log file
