Excel - Error Loading in SSL Libraries in APTB Excel output
After applying Oct 2015 CPU for configuring TLS v 1.2 eventually intended to allow disabling TLS 1.0
During one of the tests, the Account Payables Trial Balance report which generates the output in form of Excel shows below error:
The application experienced an internal error loading the SSL Libraries.
Note ID 2084193.1 suggests disabling TLS1.0 isn't as straightforward
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Requests, requests completed.
2. Request program Account Payables Trial Balance report
3.Click on View Output, see error
