Generate output Excel Getting Error Loading in SSL Libraries in APTB
After applying Oct 2015 CPU for configuring TLS v 1.2.
During one of the tests, the Account Payables Trial Balance report which generates the output in form of Excel shows below error:
The application experienced an internal error loading the SSL Libraries.
Based on Note ID 2084193.1, it suggests disabling TLS1.0 and it might potentially include updating all client office and windows to a certain specification.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Requests, requests completed.
2. Request program Account Payables Trial Balance report
3.Click on View Output, see error
Excel - Error Loading in SSL Libraries in APTB Excel output
Due to this issue, users cannot open Account Payables Trial Balance report with output Excel.
