ORA-08102: index key not found Is Thrown When Applying Receipt to Transaction (Doc ID 2412622.1)

Steps to Reproduce  
1. Navigate to Receipts > Receipts
2. Open a receipt
3. Click Apply button and select a transaction as Apply To on Applications page.
