On : 12.2.5 version, Purchase Order

Planning autoschedule does not populates chv_schedule_items but not chv_schedule_headers

We upgraded Oracle applications from R12.1.3 to R12.2.5 in September of 2017, and since then, the Planning Autoschedule request populates chv_schedule_items, but not chv_schedule_headers
