Profile Option 'OZF: Default Value For Incompatibility Group' Set Automatically To 'Exclusive Group'

Symptoms

System Profile: OZF : DEFAULT VALUE FOR INCOMPATIBILITY GROUP

User changes the value of profile "OZF: Default Value for Incompatibility Group" to null at site level.  Once, profile value is change to null or blank, it is as good as profile value has been removed. Because of which, whenever a patch is applied and the ozfcprof.ldt file having
this profile detail, is applied, it creates the site level value with the default value.

The root cause of the issue is, the default value for this profile was set to Exclusive. Hence, if the profile value was change to null and a patch with profile ozfcprof.ldt file was applied, it was creating the new profile value with the default value seeded in ozfcprof.ldt.
