Ability to define tax rules based on contract expected delivery date.

IF there is any future change in Tax Rate and change is applicable only on new contracts activated after certain date.
Existing contracts will be continued to bill with old rates.
Ebiz Tax setups supports to define Tax Rates based on Effective dates.

There should be an option to derive UDFC code based on Contract expected delivery date.
If we can achieve this through Tax Basis override formula also acceptable through lookups.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OLFM --> Setup --> Transaction Tax

2. Tax User Defined Fiscal Classifications (UDFC) does not have an option to define rules based on contract Expected Delivery date or Contract start date.
