Interface Trip Stop Error: Unable To Find CUM Shipment/Received Info On The Schedule (Doc ID 2413043.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to interface a delivery to Inventory (OM Interface is complete), the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

CUM Management Type is CUM_BY_PO_ONLY
Unable to find CUM Shipment/Received Information on the schedule
      ERROR OCCURRED IN RLM CUM QTY API


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav->Shipping->Interfaces->Run
2. Run interface trip stop for the problematic delivery or trip stop
3. ITS completes with warning
4. Review ITS debug log file, see above error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete interfacing this delivery to Inventory.
This leaves unprocessed shipping transactions which prevent closure of the current accounting period.
