Symptoms
On 12.2.6 version, Patch Application Issues
Detaching <FMW_HOME>/oracle_common failed with following message:
ERROR

Filename = DetachHome<timestamp>.log
See the following error:

INFO: Ending the inventory Session
INFO: Disposing the install area control objects
INFO: 'DetachHome' failed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ./runInstaller -detachhome dir=<ORACLE_HOME>=/dir=<DIR>/fs2/FMW_Home/oracle_common
