Update The Main Establishment And Save Yet the Current Main Establishment Is Not Updated (Doc ID 2413254.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Establishments

In Main Establishment, there seems to be some issue in Establishment tab itself because change main establishment is not working as expected. While changing the Main Establishment noticed that the Current Main Establishment is not updated to the new Establishment chosen and the application displays the previous value that was end dated.

Expect for the application to allow only one Main Establishment and for the Current Main Establishment to be updated to the current value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Legal Entity Manager
2. Navigation: Legal entities > Query a Legal Entity
3. Go to Details > Establishments
4. Click on Change Main Establishment > Select one Values form the list > Apply
5. Notice multiple Main Establishments displayed and the Current Main Establishment is not updated to the newly selected value

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create purchase orders for these Legal Entities and this is impacting the business financially.
