Shopping Cart Id Not Getting Updated After Switching Site (Doc ID 2413297.1)

Shopping Cart Id not getting updated even after user switched sites.

Here sites are tied to different Operating Units, so new cart should be created or used when user switched site A to Site B.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access iStore 
2. From site selection page, select Site 1
3. Add item to cart
4. Note down cartId from page source
5. Switch to Site 2
6. Add item to cart and receive Error "
7. Note that page source shows same cartId as in Step 4 (Expecting a new cartId at this time)
8. Simply refresh the current iStore page with error and Note that cart now shows the item
Also, note that page source now shows a new cartId
