Is There an API To Copy Sales Order With Specific Line Items In The Parent Order? (Doc ID 2413408.1)

Goal

We have a requirement to copy a sales order with specific line items in the parent order. This should copy all the DFF level info as well at both parent and line levels from parent order. Once the order gets copied, need to add a line item on all the copied orders systematically.
Eg:
Parent Order has lines as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3.....1.25
There need to be 25 child orders created, 1 for each line item. Once done, parent order would be cancelled. All copied orders to have a line item added

Using API: oe_order_pub.process_order to achieve this task. Need to know how to pass the parameters in this API to achieve above functionality.
