Concurrent Processing R12 : Not Able To View Concurrent Request Output And Log Files After Cloning (Doc ID 2413964.1)

Symptoms

On EBS 12.1.3 version,in cloning instance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to view concurrent request output & Log file from EBS the output file and log files are getting generated on server level.

Below are the error messages :

"An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_CLONEDB. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_CLONEDB may not be running. Please contact your system administrator."

Recently PROD was cloned  to  CLONE instance and after cloning this is the error .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After cloning, View Requests
2. See error
An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_CLONEDB.
There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_CLONEDB may not be running.
Please contact your system administrator."

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view reports in the cloning instance
