What Is the Recommended Solution for Changing the Sales Price on an Return (RMA) After the Order Was Invoiced? (Doc ID 2414492.1)

Summary of Issue
Sales process starts with sales order, goes through Shipping and finishes with AR Invoice.
 How to handle the situation in which, after generating the invoice, a decision was
 made to change the price (eg due to damage to the goods). For example, original sale price
 on an invoice was 100 USD, after agreement with the client, the price should be reduced to
 80 USD.

Q1: How to handle such case using RMA with type “return for credit only” which will generate credit memo?
Q2: How, after described price change, can we handle another price change for the same invoice, or RMA with return?
