On : 12.1.3 version, Consolidation and Eliminations
When attempting to run GL Consolidation Transfer, the following error occurs:

ORA-01407: cannot update ("GL"."GL_CONS_INTERFACE_XXXXXXX"."STATUS")
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a GL Responsibility.
2. Submit request for Consolidation Transfer/Submit.
