On : 12.2.5 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After Patch 27163574:R12.CSF.C See extra fields in Service Request details in Field Service Technician Portal Update Tasks page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect not to see the extra fields and to be similar to what was the look and feel before Patch


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 27163574:R12.CSF.C
2. Login to Applications
3. Go to Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP)responsibility
4. Try to Update any Open task by clicking the Update Pencil Icon
Top Issues id
Top Issues Scope ID
Supplier /Settlement WF
Pac# etc in Service Request details region

Observe that under the Service Request details region see some extra fields like above
