HR Checklist Workflow Notification is not Going to Delegated Person

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:

When trying to use vacation rules, the HR Checklist notification do not forward to the defined person.

Expected Behavior:

 When using vacation rules, the HR Checklist notifications should be forwarded to the delegated person.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Set up a vacation rule for ‘All’ Item types, ‘All’ Notifications

  2.  Publish Checklist
     
  3.  Check from the delegated recipients work list
