Deleting Absence From Mobile APP Results In Multiple Workflows (Doc ID 2414992.1)

When an Absence is deleted from Mobile APP, it is triggering Multiple Workflows and hence the Absence Cancellation Request cannot be approved any of the Notifications as the Notification errors with the following error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[3991037 ].

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to mobile app
2. Delete the absence
