Customer has an item that has none of the Costing flags set on the Item Master.
They created a one time batch to transfer stock from one packaging material to another, with the above item as the product. New packing material cost should be always zero as business need. Because the cost allocation factor on the product was set to 1, however, Actual Costing calculated a cost for it even though the OPM Costing flag and the other costing flags on the item were not checked.

Customer needs a data fix to get rid of the costs for this item.
