Unable To See Employee Statement In CWB Even After Setting Status To 'UP'

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Compensation Workbench
Actual Behavior:
We are unable to see the employee statements in CWB, even after uploading the template and un-hiding the view in plan administration.
Expected Behavior:
Expect to see the Statement Task as it was incorporated as part of the plan.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup of CWB plan includes Allocation, Review & Submit and also Employee Statements.
2. After reviewing and submitting the allocated amounts,
- When going in to Plan Administration (with the top level manager) and setting the Statement Task status to 'UP'
- The task is still hidden in the managers view.
