Update Item Instance In Agent Dashboard Crashes When Cancel Selected (Doc ID 2415148.1)

When attempting to update an Item Instance, the following error occurs:


     Cannot Display Page
    You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data.

   - Your login session has expired.
   - A system failure has occurred.


(R) Customer Support Specialist

 - Search by Contact Name
 - Create a Service Request (SR) entering a Serial Number
 - Click on Update Instance
 - Click on Configuration
 - Click on Instance
 - Click Cancel

 => Get Error
