Symptoms

 Multi-row User Defined Attributes (UDAs) are not sorted by extension_id.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Development Manager responsibility > Item Catalog * Open the page with Multi row attributes and update it.
2. Add new row, enter Attribute value, add new line and enter attribute value, add new line and enter attribute value>Apply.
When query after Saving data: Multi-row UDAs are not sorted by extension_id.
