Order Management HTML Interface Does Not Allow Me To Update Order Qty. How to Acheive Same? (Doc ID 2415684.1)

Goal

When trying to update the quantity of a line in a booked order (not pick released) using Order Management HTML interface, it throws an error saying "Enter a valid reason" but the form does not show any page or new window to enter the same.

The change was successfully made but the form does not present a method by which to enter the change reason.

Could you please help on this?
