On : 12.2.4 MFS MultiPlatform


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a service request on the MFS application then creating a task.  The user cannot select the Task type LOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to select the LOV and choose a value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an SR
2. Create a task,  When creating the task the task type LOV contains no values
