On : 12.1.3 version R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.10, India Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EDLI Contribution should never be more than 75 Rupees. Customer is getting 76 Rupees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EDLI Contribution should never be more than 75 Rupees.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. India HRMS Manager >
2. People >
3. Enter and Maintain >
4. Click Assignment >
5. Change Payroll (In turn would change Salary Basis) in the Middle of the Month > (New Payroll has a new Salary Element attached via Salary Basis)
6. Run Quick Pay Twice for each payroll
7. Total Contribution of the EDLI is coming to 76 instead of 75.
