UK Pay: Employee BIK Statement does not Report Custom BIK Elements (Doc ID 2416110.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Custom Benefits in Kind (BIK) elements are not reported in Employee BIK Statement. Only seeded BIK elements are reported

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attach a seeded BIK element and a custom BIK element to employee
2. Run quickpay
3. Run Payrolling of Benefits in Kind Archive Process
4. Navigate to Employee Self Service>Employee BIK STatement
5. User can see only seeded BIK element, the custom BIK element is not reported
