Find Escalations Form Error FRM-40102, Unhandled Exception ORA-100501 (Doc ID 2416133.1)

Symptoms

In 12.1.3 after closing one escalation and re-enter open new escalation error:

FRM-40102: Record must be entered or deleted first

Unhandled Exception ORA-100501


Steps to Reproduce
==========
1. Go to Field Service Manager -> Escalation Management -> Manage Escalations -> Open escalation form
2. Click the Search button -> Enter status: ‘Open’, Owner Type ‘Employee Resource’, owner: ‘John Doe’  -> click ‘Find’
3. Open the first escalation -> change the status to ‘Closed’ -> save -> go to ‘search’ -> Find
4. Repeat step 3 and you’ll get an error in the bottom of form FRM-40102: Record must be entered or deleted first
