Changing the Lot Status while Opening E-Signature Page and Approval Workflow from Lot Numbers Form Raise a Performance

Symptoms

When attempting to change the Lot status, the form hangs and return the information in about 7 minutes

Expected Behavior

To return the results in a few seconds.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using Manufacturing and Distribution responsibility, navigate to Inventory > On-hand, Availability > Lots>
  2. At the Find Lots/Jobs, select or enter status on the status field "XYZ", then click on Find button
  3. At the Item Lots form, navigate to the status field and change the status and click on save button.

Observations:

After saving the transaction, the following pop up window will be raised before going to the E-signature page:

         Navigate to HTML Application to approve the request.  Once you have finished the approval process, press OK to proceed with the transaction
