On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

Saving a Service Request in the Contact Center form causes performance issues when the profile Services:Check for Duplicate Service Requests set to Yes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using a custom Responsibility open the Contact Center form
2. Enter Service Request details and save the form.
