Symptoms

Saving a Service Request in the Contact Center form causes performance issues when the profile "Services: Check for Duplicate Service Requests" is set to 'Yes'.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

 - Enter Service Request details and save the form.
