Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Emails are being sent to a queue that is not assigned to agents on the system.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Emails should not be sent to a queue that is not assigned to agents on the system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Email center admin -> Administration ->Email account-> summary ->select the email account ->
Click update)
