On : 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology
Forms not launching after patch 24319156
Document 'Using Java Web Start with Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 2188898.1)' was used to enable Java Web Start.
After applying the following patches: 25441839, 24498616, 24319156 and 25380324, forms cannot be accessed. The problem started after patch 24319156. Looking at the Apache access_log the following error is reported:
