Symptoms

When the Planning Parameter 'Optimize Cost' is set to true on the Logic Configuration for 'Container Opt Config ID', the rate that is set as the Preferred Rate using a Rate Preference is not shown as a Preferred Carrier when using 'Show Routing Options' to plan an Order Release onto a Shipment.
