ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
iProcurement encounters performance issue in Checkout: Manage Approvals when inserting an approver.
Takes over 1 minute for the next screen to display and performance issue continues with each follow on screen in iProcurement.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect prompt next screen display when navigating within iProcurement when checking out and submitting requisition.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement > Requisition > Approvals > Checkout: Manage Approvals
2. Actions - Insert Approver
3. Click Submit at approx 4 seconds and then at 1:23 the Checkout screen then appears - approximately 1 minute and 19 seconds
4. Subsequent navigation during checkout and submittal process for requisition experiences performance issue.
