Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Basic SysAdmin functions, maintenance

When attempting to running the FNDLOAD to upload data in 12.2 environment for a ldt file downloaded from 12.1.3 environment
the following error occurs.

ORA-06550: line 1, column 38:
PLS-00302: component 'MODE_FNDLOAD' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Download the ldt file using FNDLOAD download command from 12.1.3 instance
  2. Run the FNDLOAD upload command to upload a concurrent program in 12.2 instance.
