ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
PSI Commitments window is not reflecting the Non Recoverable Tax amount calculated for a project coded PO in purchasing , especially for PO Lines with Destination type Inventory.
For the lines having destination type Expense, the Non Recoverable tax amounts are getting added properly and reflecting in Raw cost field of PA commitments.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Would like to see the Non Recoverable tax amount for the Inventory type lines also in commitments once the PO is created and 'PRC: Update Projects Summary Amounts' is run in projects.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Purchase Order with both Inventory and Expense type Lines
2. Select the required Project
3. From Manage Tax from tools menu, add tax code which has both
recoverable and non recoverable component.
4. Run PRC: Update Project Summary amounts for the respective project
5. Verify in PSI(Project Status Inquiry) if Non Recoverable tax part is included for both expense and inventory PO or not.
