Account Number field appears mandatory for a specific user (Doc ID 2417323.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Common Party UI Components

While trying to create a customer, account number field is showing as mandatory one for a specific user alone.
Issue cannot be replicated for another user and even a new user is created the account number is not required.

A value must be entered for ‘Account Number’

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Customers > Customers
3. Click on Create and observe the account number appears as required for this specific user and trying to save the error message appears

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not following the business requirements.
