11i Customer IDENT_ADDR_FLAG Is Not There In R12

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Customers Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

In 11i if we query the customer and query a customer and find them we can see the list if sites and Primary flag is enabled to the user to see the which one is primary Bill to or Ship to .
Navigation : Customer> Enter the customer Name> Find and we can see the Primary flag Field name "IDENT_ADDR_FLAG" Screen.

In 12.2.6 If we query the customer and query the customer we can see the list if sites but this primary flag is missing.
Navigation : Customer> Enter the customer name > we can see account details > and we can see the sites under that account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Would like to see the Primary flag by the Bill To or Ship To.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables > Customers > search for customer name
2. Go to Account Sites
3. Do not see in the list of results which one is primary.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the primary Bill To or Ship To.
