When attempting to run Payslip Modeling/Payroll Simulation on a payroll which has a Check offset date
the following error occurs.
ORA-20001: Assignment action interlock rule failure. You cannot mark this process for retry as there has been subsequent post-run processing for this payroll. To remedy this you can mark the subsequent process for retry. Marking for retry deletes the results of the subsequent process and enables you to retry the first process. Please note an exception to this procedure. If the subsequent process is a payments process (magnetic transfer, check, or cash) you can only delete it in order to retry the preceding
ORA-20001: Rollback of existing sequenced actions in the current simulation period is unsuccessful.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll for periods

2. Navigate --> US Payroll Manager --> Payroll Professional --> Payslip Modeling
Query the EMP --> Navigate from Welcome Page --> Payslip Modeling data entry page
In the 'Earnings and Hours" selected Element and Enter Hours for this earning --> Click Next
