Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 HRMS RUP 10 version, in a multi-tenancy environment,

When attempting to run QuickPay after applying patch 26566195 2018 NEW OREGON TRANSPORTATION LEGISLATION WITHHOLDING, the following error occurs.

1. Apply patch 26566195 2018 NEW OREGON TRANSPORTATION LEGISLATION WITHHOLDING
2. Run QuickPay
3. Error occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with testing the patch in Test; this will prevent the patch from being promoted to Production
