Cannot Select A Serial Number In A Material Debrief Line In Mobile Field Service

On : 12.2.4 MFS MultiPlatform
When creating a Material Debrief install line the serial number cannot be selected.
The technician selects an item that is serial controlled but cannot select a serial number. The search does not return any values.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFS MP
2. Select a task
3. Navigate to debrief install line
4. Enter Serialized item
5. Try adding serial number and receive a message "no serial number" found.
