The AR period close analyzer package AR_PERCLOS_ANALYZER_PKG current version in 12.2.7 is 200.21

The ADZDDBCC.sql in 12.1.3 and 12.2.7 marked this package as coding standards violation because it is accessing tables like XLA_AE_HEADERS, XLA_EVENTS etc with a schema prefix and not through APPS synonym.
