Symptoms
When performing Update Password in Change Password Screen system is throwing Error :
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OTM as ADMIN User
2. Preference >> Change Password
3. Enter Old and New Passwords and then click on Update Password button
4. OTM Displays Error Message.
