Symptoms

When attempting to perform a One-Step Material Issue in EAM self service , the following error occurs.

ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_genealogy_PUB Procedure insert_genealogy


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Navigation: Stores > One-Step Material issue.
3. Enter work order.
4. Select serial number.
5. The above error appears.
