ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For an instance covered by two or more services in the same service contract, when transfer the ownership of the instance
the application creates one contract per service line, instead of 1 contract with two or more service lines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When an instance is covered by two or more services in the same service contract, when transfer the ownership of the instance,
expect the application to create 1 contract with two or more service lines

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Order
2. 2 Instances created from this order and one contract.
3. Create parent-child relationship of these 2 instances in the IB UI
Configuration Tab
4. Change Owner using the `Change Owner' button of parent instance, which
also changed owner of child.
5. Two new service contracts were created, each with one line, and instance.

csi install parameters shows OWNERSHIP_CASCADE_AT_TXN = Y

IB instance 111 Owner: ABC Co.   Account# XX
Install Date = 25-Apr-2007 04:14:53

IB instance 222  Owner: Business World  Account# ZZ
Install Date = 25-Apr-2007 04:23:18

2 new contracts XX00000025 and XX00000026 Both Status = Entered
XX00000025 1 line: item: Item Instance = XXX
XX00000026 1 line: item: Item Instance = XXX

However, when MASS UPDATE is used on PARENT ONLY instead of the Change Owner
button within the IB UI, then only 1 contract gets created, which references both instances.
