Symptoms

When attempting to find organization item, the following error occurs.

ERROR
APP-FND-00698: Flexfield segment combination not found

Inform your system administrator that the combination identified by the unique ID number 484 could not be found in the combinations table for the flexfield structure identified by Application = OFA, Flexfield Code = CAT# and Structure Number 101

STEPS
1. Navigate to Inventory > items > Organization items
2. Query an item.
3. Receive the error.
