Endeca - An Invalid Redirect Has Been Clocked

On : 12.2.6 version, Endeca Related Issues (v5 and lower)

When attempting to query the EAM Endeca Dashboard
the following error occurs.

An invalid redirect has been clocked

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate --> Maintenance Super User responsibility .

2) Choose the Organization and Maintenance home .

3) Endeca Dashboard is not displayed , but error is thrown.

4) An invalid redirect has been clocked
