E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Post Upgrade related issues
After applying HR RUP Delta 10 (<Patch 24007222>:R12.HR_PF.C.delta.10) user login fails with the below error:
"You have encountered unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create cloned environment with SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON FALSE
- Upgrad DB from 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124 with JUL 2017 PSU using DBUA
- Apply EBS R12.AD.C.Delta.10 (Patch 25820806) and R12.TXK.C.Delta.10 (Patch 25828573)
- Apply HR RUP Delta 10 (Patch R12.HR_PF.C.delta.10 Patch 24007222)
- Login home page.
