Recurring Assessments Shows All PO's And BPA's For All Operating unit (Doc ID 2418120.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The purchase order LOV query on the Create Recurring Assessment rule page includes PO's from all Operating Units

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The LOV should only display items from the current user operating unit

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier Management Administrator > Create Recurring Assessment Rule
2. Under 'Publishing Periodicity' select 'Event Based - Purchase Order' in the dropdown menu for Periodicity and 'Go'
3. Under Purchase order open the LOV query and see that it shows PO's from all Operating Units
